This show marks Jim's 27th year creating a show specifically designed to appeal to Ohio libraries with summer reading clubs. Because this show, all new for 2006, is built around the central idea of animals, but because of Ji's emphasis on books and reading, it fits in well with almost any reading theme. It is a bright, colorful show full of comedy and audience participation that makes for an entertaining adventure.
In The Dog-Gone GOOD Magic Show, Jim presents many magic tricks and routines about animals. Childrena and their parents will meet many funny and colorful characters, each with a fun and friendly attitude. As always, there is a lot of comedy and a lot of audience participation, and lots of special fun built in just for parents. Many times adults come expecting to merely watch their children being entertained, but leave commenting on how much they enjoyed Jim's humor themselves.
